This is generally a dinner for six with a twist (generally meaning that one or more dinners could be for eight, depending on the number signing up). We meet four times a year. The twist is that the men prepare and serve the entire meal, including making certain the ladies are not without refreshments. One person will be assigned to prepare the appetizers and salad, another, the dessert, while the host does the entrée. What do the ladies do? Well, it's their night off so they get to sit and visit while being waited upon. Culinary expertise is not a requirement and screw-ups make it fun. The cutoff date for signing up is September 30.
