Hand and Foot is a variation of Canasta that became popular in the United States in the 1950s. The group will meet the 4th Tuesday of the month, 12:30 – 4:30 pm. Four hands are played twice. Winners of first hand play winners of other teams, losers play losers of other teams. Members sign up to host at their home and a schedule is set up for the year.

The coordinator will maintain the master list of interested players. She will send an email each month to all interested players announcing the host, date, time. Players will respond to the host confirming they can or cannot play. Host will email players to confirm date, time, address, phone number, who's playing and type of refreshments that will be served. Beverages are provided by the host. Food is served at the discretion of the host (i.e., snacks, light lunch, lunch, dessert) and communicated to the players.
